The hotel lies in a valley and is bordered by a beach only a few hundred feet away (surrounding Lot 2). There are hills on either side overlooking the ocean and other Grenadine Islands to the East. This boutique hotel with its large acreage of lush gardens has an amazing location and is also a mere 5 minute drive from the island's busy bustling town of Port Elizabeth, or the other areas of activity on the island including the two best beaches for swimming.

GUEST ACCOMMODATION

Four well maintained hotel guest rooms, with high quality finishes in a separate block all with AC, wi fi, private bathrooms, dressing room / walk in closet and outside balcony / seating areas with views across the estate and ocean. Independent water catchment and large water storage tanks.

Estate Cottage consists of a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and private balcony area. Further guest room with separate bathroom (not en suite), an open planned lounge / dining room / kitchen area, a large concrete water storage tank, outside balcony and patio area with views across the estate and direct access to the grounds.

There is no reason to believe there would be any problem obtaining this as it had previously been approved but allowed to lapse.
