Sea High House is located in Friendship Bay, and enjoys a lovely elevated setting. One can enjoy looking out at the stunning and ever changing ocean views, and benefit from the calming ocean breeze. Friendship Bay Beach, which is the largest beach on the island, is just a short walk from the property. Sea High is the type of property that really appeals to nature lovers who enjoy the surrounding trees, numerous birds and peaceful scenery.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, with a mosquito net, ceiling fan, and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, and also has the luxury of an en suite bathroom. Both bathrooms were remodelled relatively recently. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped opening up to the living area and balcony.

The inside area enjoys the fantastic feature of a natural stone wall and lots of light coming in from the balcony front doors. The living room consists of a comfortable seating area with a pull out sofa, ideal for additional guests. Adjacent to this is the colonial style dining area with several chairs, that looks out over the balcony and views beneath.

There is a separate bright sun room next door, which has a coffee table and desk. From the inside of the property, huge glass doors open out onto the spacious balcony, where there is an additional seating area to be found. What is special about this property is that all parts of the main living areas and balcony connect, allowing all inhabitants to be involved.
